1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Gravx, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
These terms apply to all users of Gravx, including free and paid subscribers.
2. What Gravx Provides
Gravx is a curated job board platform that provides:
- Manually verified IT job listings for freshers and experienced professionals
- Sample resume templates for job roles
- Referral opportunities where available
- A spam-free, ad-free job search experience
We are a job aggregation and curation platform. We are not a recruiter or employment agency.
3. Subscription & Payment
- Gravx Pro costs ₹199 for 2 months (60 days) of full access
- Payment is processed securely via Razorpay
- There is no auto-renewal — your subscription expires after 60 days
- We do not offer refunds once payment is processed and access is granted
- If payment fails but money is deducted, contact us at support@gravx.in within 48 hours
4. User Responsibilities
As a Gravx user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when signing up
- Use the platform only for legitimate job searching
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not scrape, copy, or reproduce our job listings on other platforms
- Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform
5. Job Listings
While we manually verify all job listings before publishing:
- We cannot guarantee that every listing will result in an interview or offer
- Job availability can change — if you find an expired listing, report it to us
- We are not responsible for the hiring decisions of employers
- Always apply through the official company link provided
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these terms
- Misuse the platform
- Attempt to scrape or copy our content
- Engage in fraudulent activity
7. Limitation of Liability
Gravx is provided "as is". We are not liable for:
- Any job opportunities missed or not received
- Employer decisions or responses
- Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Gravx after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
